Bollergraaf are leading manufacturers of recycling machinery and we have carried out the industrial wiring to the motors, sensors, brakes and signalling. Using steel wire armoured cables on heavy duty cable ladder and cable tray with lids, we have installed a robust containment system suitable for the rigours of a harsh environment. Cable trays and ladders have been designed to be mounted vertically to minimise the debris collection on the top surface and the cables are secured with steel ties. The complex system has over 4 kilometres of cable and a wiring diagram of 300 pages and has been inspected and tested to BS7671 for electrical safety.
